BioChop Hygienisation System is a total solution with a solid, compact and user-friendly design and high treatment capacity. The plant ensures that by-products from, for example, the food industry are heat-treated, or hygienised, at 70°C for one hour, so that it can then be used in the biogas plant.

Reliable hygienisation system

Landia BioChop Hygienisation is constructed of reliable high-quality components. The system is fitted with a double stainless steel tank wall that acts as a heating jacket, from which heat is transferred by circulating hot water. Therefore, no external heat exchanger is required. 

What you get with BioChop:
• Landia chopper pump for chopping, mixing and emptying
• Landia side-mounted propeller mixer
• Block valves with a stainless-steel shovel
• Complete user-friendly control with 7” touchscreen and integrated data logger
• Standard sizes: 2.5 m3, 5 m3, 8 m3 and 25 m3
