Landia offers a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) program for pumps and mixers, helping customers verify quality, performance and documentation before delivery.
Testing can be carried out under documented conditions and in accordance with relevant standards such as EN / ISO 9001, ISO 9906, EN / ISO 13709 and other applicable international requirements.
At our facility in Lem, Denmark, Landia combines standard quality checks with specialized testing in a full-scale hydraulic test setup.
Standard and specialized FAT options
Every Landia pump and mixer undergoes a standard Factory Acceptance Test before shipment.
For projects requiring additional verification, customers can choose from a range of extended FAT options. Tests can be added individually, combined into a complete documentation package or witnessed on site at Landia.
Each FAT option is assigned an item number and can be added directly to your order.

Standard FAT
Assembly, electrical, leakage and dimensional checks.
Extended FAT
Full documentation package with photo verification.
Hydrostatic test
Leak integrity test under 1.5× MAWP according to ISO 13709 / API 610.
Performance test
Flow and head test according to ISO 9906 Grade 3B, including curve and tolerance documentation.
NPSH test
Determination of NPSH3 at a defined flow rate.
4-hour mechanical run test
Longer runtime verification of thermal and vibration stability.
Vibration test
Compliance check according to EN / ISO 20816-1.
Material certificates
Traceability and quality documentation for pressure-bearing components.
Witness testing
On-site customer presence, inspection and test verification at Landia.

At the heart of our testing operation is our state-of-the-art ISO 9906-compliant performance test rig, purpose-built for the complete Landia pump range (MPTK150 - MPTK50). It offers highly accurate hydraulic testing across:
The test rig ensures repeatable, high-fidelity results. All data is logged digitally using KSN Test Builder and KSN Reporting, with output compatible for certification packages or delivery guarantees.
