Biogas

In principle, any organic material can be converted into biogas when decomposition takes place. Large amounts of agricultural slurry, which would otherwise burden the environment, and a number of industrial, biodegradable by-products like fish waste or slaughter waste can with advantage be used for the production of valuable energy in the form of biogas.
