Founder members of ADBA and manufacturers since 1933 of pumps and mixing equipment for AD feedstocks, Landia says that UK AD & Biogas will once again prove why it is such an important show.

Exhibiting for the 6th consecutive year, since the show began in 2010, Landia (stand B101) will be showing its acclaimed GasMix digester mixing system – designed to significantly enhance gas yields by comprehensively mixing the whole tank.  Externally-mounted, GasMix is also far easier and safer to maintain.

“As the UK’s only dedicated anaerobic digestion, biogas and bioresources trade show, it’s little wonder that AD operators place such a high importance on this event”, said Landia’s Paul Davies.

He added:  “It is an exciting time for the industry with so many projects now in full swing.  There is an increasing amount of knowledge to be gained by attending”.

Among several new projects for Landia is the installation of its GasMix system in Ireland at EPS Water’s successful Design Build Operate (DBO) package at the recently expanded WWTW in Tullamore, home of the celebrated Irish whiskey, Tullamore Dew.

Seminar speaker to reveal benefits of Landia GasMix

At UK AD & Biogas, the University of Aarhus, Denmark, will be revealing important findings into biogas yields from a major study carried out at a farm-based AD plant and a municipal sewage treatment plant AD in Denmark.

From 11am (until 11.55am) at the Purple Seminar Zone, the University’s Alastair James Ward will explain how the externally-mounted Landia GasMix system significantly enhances gas yields.

For founder ADBA members Landia, this is the first time that the leading pump and mixer manufacturer has been featured in a UK AD & Biogas seminar, with the company later offering a full copy of the University Study at their B101 stand.
