Components for biogas plants

 

 

A natural process

When decaying, all organic and biological material is automatically converted into biogas (methane).

 

It is not possible to utilise biogas in nature, but in a closed biogas plant – with sophisticated processing equipment – it is.

 

Without control and monitoring, however, biological decomposition in closed tanks will come to a stop, and it is hard and time-consuming to start up the process again.

 

Advantages

Utilisation of biogas from animal manure provides a number of advantages for the individual farmer and his neighbours:

  • fewer obnoxious smells when spreading degassed slurry
  • reduced emission of nitrogen and phosphorus to the aquatic environment
  • higher growth yield from the nutrients

Since 1991 Landia has supplied quality equipment manufactured in Denmark for biogas plants to different parts of the world.

- So we have about twenty years of experience to draw on!

 

In addition, we take part in long term research projects together with recognised international institutions to learn even more.

One of our project engineers will carefully review your enquiry and the engineer will also follow the entire job from the first enquiry to delivery and commissioning.
