BioChop hygienisation unit

The BioChop® hygienisation unit is a complete free-standing hygienisation unit for the mixing and heat treatment of organic remnants, intestines and category 3 by-products, for example from

  • waste water treatment plants
  • the fish processing industry

  • fat from flotation plants
  • the fruit and vegetable processing industry
  • restaurants, industrial kitchens and the catering industry

BioChop Fish silage unit

The BioChop® fish silage unit is a complete free-standing silage tank which has been adapted to the special requirements of the fishing industry.

 

The fish silage unit differs from the ordinary ensiling system in that its pump has a shredder propeller and a specially designed knife system.

 

The system handles all kinds of remnants, bones, intestines, rejected whole fish and other by-products from the fishing industry.

BioChop ProteinProcessor

The BioChop® ProteinProcessor is a complete free-standing process unit which is specially developed for the extraction of protein from remnants from the food industry.

 

The advanced technology enables the extraction of protein from feathers, bones, shells and other category 3 by-products which are left after the processing of meat, fish, shellfish and poultry.

 

The extracted protein can be used in the production of, for example

 

  • Soups
  • Seasoning
  • protein-enriched additives
