MIXERS

Minimal energy consumption

A mixer will usually run for long periods of time, in some cases even continuously, i.e. 24 hours a day all year, and often in aggressive fluids.

That's why we devote so many resources of our daily customer-oriented product development on optimisation of the relation between “raw strength” and energy consumption.

By optimising the position inside the tank, the capacity of the motor, the gears and the design of the propeller blades, our many years' experience enables us to minimise energy consumption, wear and noise level, which has a favourable effect on the plant’s operating economics and its impact on the environment.

Many models and sizes

Our mixer range is divided into six different types:

All types of mixers can be customised with many different propeller shapes and combined with various motor capacities and rotation speeds. They also come in a number of different materials and surface coatings, depending on the type of liquid they are meant to mix.

Reliable mixing

Landia has been manufacturing mixers since the mid-1970s. Since then, we've put thousands of them in circulation all over the world, for example at waste water treatment and biogas plants, in the agricultural sector and for various industrial purposes etc.

For most of our customers, the high operational reliability of our products is of vital importance, because the mixer is used for controlling a sensitive biological process – often in an aggressive environment.

Landia’s mixers are used for agitating fluid, for example to prevent sediment build-up or the formation of floating layers.
- and many of the first mixers which we sold over 30 years ago are still running at our customers’ premises.

Competent project management

Through close dialogue with the customer, preferably from the beginning of the design phase, Landia’s distributors and the employees of our sales companies ensure that we always deliver solutions which meet the exact needs of our customers.

We assign one of our internal project managers, all of whom have a higher technical education and are, for example, consulting or chief engineers, to all major projects.

Delivery and hand-over

On conclusion of the project, the project manager ensures that the customer’s employees receive the training necessary for taking on the responsibility of daily operation.
